Our vision is provide Heads of Year, Year Coordinators & all pastoral care leaders in schools with the tools & resources needed, so we can collectively improve the wellbeing, mental health & futures of over a million children & young people together.

Simply email this website address, www.hoyg.org to your finance team & ask them to kindly arrange joining for you. Or they can email us at [email protected] if they need any help with joining.

Please ask them to use your email address when joining & agree with them a memorable password for them to use when setting up your membership for you.

We don't process your membership contribution until you have enjoyed a month's free access. 

In the unlikely event you don't feel membership will add value to your school, please just email us within 21 days so your membership can be cancelled. 

Once you're a member if there is a resource you need that's not in the portal you can just email us, [email protected] to request we produce it for you.

We just ask you to honour a fair use policy, so we can serve all members with resources requested as soon as possible.

As a member your school is licensed to use all resources in the member portal in your school. 

You simply cannot share the resources outside of your school setting & to ensure the guild is sustainable you must stop using them if your school ceases to be a member, so you don't break copyright & licence laws.
