The Heads of Year Guild focuses on the fundamentals for schools to improve student wellbeing & behaviour choices.

The HOYG is for all those involved in pastoral leadership in schools including Year Coordinators to School Counsellors & Guidance Officers in all school types, both primary & secondary high schools.

Resources are developed especially with Australian schools in-mind.

The Heads of Year Guild is a for-purpose organisation & therefore provides affordable membership for your whole school, currently this is less than $1 a day. 

Presuming all Year Coordinators & other leaders with responsibility for student wellbeing & guidance take advantage of your membership this can work out at less than $34 per person for a whole year's membership.

Your membership includes a licence for your school to use all the resources in your school while you're a member. 

To ensure the Heads of Year Guild is sustainable long term if you leave the Heads of Year Guild both you & your school must simply stop using any of the resources to also ensure you do not break copyright or licence laws. 

Once you join you will receive immediate full-access to your member portal with one school log-in for everyone in your school involved with student wellbeing.

Live In-Person Behaviour Summit, simple project each key-note talk & colleagues work in groups through the break-out guide provided. We recommend running the summit over half a day with a break, such as morning tea.

Tutor Inductions 

Once most of your form tutor team have completed the summit experience we recommend that as new staff join the school they also complete it together each year to create a consistent approach.

Annual Team Challenge 

This video based experience supercharges some of your meetings to also become a powerful Professional Learning Community.

Mini Coaching Course

A short video-based course with demonstrations & downloads can train key leaders to include coaching as part of their approach to setting positive goals with students & your team.

No Tech Worries

There's nothing to install or host & no teacher or student data is uploaded or kept by us. A large team work behind the scenes to ensure the portal runs smoothly for you & new resources are added regularly. 

Membership is generally open annually at the start & end of each academic year.

When they click 'Join' & complete the short form you will receive full immediate access in less than 5 minutes.

Your membership & licence fee is for one year with no long term lock-in contract.

You can cancel at any-time or we will auto-renew your membership to ensure smooth continuity of your service. We hope you may consider embedding your membership as an effective long term solution.
